The Heliskid is made up of a foldable canvas tank with a 3,000 l capacity, 4 lifting points, a 4-stage motor pump with a 13HP, 18HP, 21HP or 23HP engine, reinforced aluminum main structure, a 12 l fuel tank, and a telescopic structure.
The Heliskid is compact enough to fit in any pickup truck and can tow two additional units for added efficiency. It is designed for aerial transport, moving from the vehicle unloading position to the remote area where the fire is being targeted.
The canvas tank must be deployed to allow helicopters to fill it by water discharge. The sequence of use includes Transportation, Stabilization, Filling, and Use.
