The Gorgui multi-purpose tool was created with wildland firefighting in mind, built from the experience and feedback of veteran firefighting brigades. Its main strength is its versatility across various types of terrain. The tool’s innovative design allows it to replace the three most essential tools in wildland firefighting, providing a practical solution to reduce the number of tools carried by firefighting crews.
The head is made from a durable aluminum and titanium alloy and combines the functions of a McLeod, cutting rake, and two types of Pulaskys. It features a wide Pulasky for organic terrain and a narrower one for rocky terrain. The cutting blades are made from 500-hardened anti-wear steel and are individually replaceable.

The external angle of the blades enhances cutting capacity. The combination of a larger cutting surface and smaller impact area increases efficiency while reducing physical effort. The blades are easily interchangeable and secured with durable structural rivets. Constructed from 500HB anti-wear steel, they are built to last.
Performs the McLeod function. The external angle of the blade allows for easier dragging and ground-breaking.
With two internal-angled hoes, this tool performs the same function as the Pulaski. The narrow, pointed hoe is ideal for rocky terrain, while the wide hoe excels in organic soil, making digging easier in various conditions.
The 1.3-meter eucalyptus handle has a variable diameter, providing enhanced ergonomics for different head functions.
